    interesting. in my experience, creatine has zero impact on muscle endurance or the refractory period, but absolutely promotes increased power output and therefore more work done per set.

    with basic progressive overload lifting, creatine has enabled heavier lifts for the same number of reps - producing a bigger window for additional muscle growth and, barring damage from lifting weight you should not be lifting, my personal experience shows that creatine is useful for muscle gain in experienced lifters. obviously, you still have to do the progressive overload work.
