F-Droid is at v2.0.2 now. The thing is that it isn’t listed as a stable release (at least in Droid-ify), even though it should be.

I guess not many people buy the Signature 27 at launch for GrapheneOS if it will really cost 1600€.

Since OnePlus leaves the EU and U.S. markets, the situation may be even worse in the future.

This is at the end of the README:
opensidian was built predominantly with AI models. Nearly all of the code, the design docs, and this README were written by Claude (Anthropic’s models, via Claude Code) working from prompts, reviews, and corrections by a single human maintainer. The human decided what to build and what the trust model must guarantee, read and pushed back on the output, and ran it; the models wrote most of the lines. Commit messages record the design rationale in the same way — many were drafted by the model and edited by the maintainer.

I think forking would probably be the easiest step. After that, you’d need contributors and I don’t know if many devs would change from the present kernel to the non-AI one.

I personally use the Excalidraw plugin on my iPad and it works pretty good.
It is maintained, there is just a different lead dev.
I still use Syncthing-Fork. It also is available in F-Droid. There are some other apps like BasicSync or SyncUp in F-Droid. Maybe you can try those.
It’s listed at €1900 on the Motorola website in the country where I’m from. Nobody is going to pay that price.
