    Tldr:

in order for Accrescent to continue advancing, we need $5,800/month in recurring donations to fund its full-time development.

We are currently receiving $112 each month in recurring donations.

We are currently spending $53.53/month on our services.

We recently discovered that an unprecedented Monero donation of ~$16,062.50 was received in the short time after we totaled the latest values for this article but before it was posted.

Because this is a significant donation, we will be posting an update on our social media accounts soon about what this means for the project

Those countries want to divide us and it’s working

We have a saying “People who think too highly of themselves and can’t fix their problems will always make up a bogeyman to blame”

Did the tankies lead you to support the genocide? Did the tankies keep you from keeping Israel/US accountable for their crimes?

No buddy, your “countries” did those all on their own and were proud of it. The countries are only changing their tone as the hypocrisy is failing to keep up with the lies.

But you do you. You’re such good guys and have never done bad to anyone else and also “never” fought among yourselves.

If it takes some Chinese and Russian trolls to divide you, you’re never really “together” bud. But again whatever makes you sleep at night.

  • Been in open source for 25 years

have deployed and supported countless tools across 3 continent

    My creds

What does this even mean? You used free software made by others to your benefit or profit and that’s your “credentials”?

What in the actual fuck. How about you start a project without expecting anything and be the change you want to see?

No one else needs to run by your “label”, people who are knowledgeable know people need to earn to eat and have to make a livelihood.

No ones stopping you from using the base opensource code to extend it to your liking.

This is just open-source entitlelism. Nobody owes you shit.

  • Am not excited at the slightest. I’ve learned my lessons.

Google is doing most of the feature development behind closed doors and very specific to google products. Even then, most of their own apps mess up every update. For someone who doesn’t use any google specific apps, It’s scary to update early and then have app incompatibility bugs/issues ruin the experience. I’ll give it a few more months before I even think of updating.
