Curdie@lemmy.worldtoOpen Source@lemmy.ml•I'm amazed at FreeCAD's abilities. It needs a better name. Thinking of it as simply "cad software" like calling a 2-GHz computer in your pocket a "phone".

Yeah if you just want a little computer, sure, pick up the orange pi. But if you want any of the gpio stuff get a raspberry pi because none of the knockoffs seem to work with modern kernel.
