Thank you!
Please source me on this!
Could be wrong, but it’s not about working but rather that it is now enabled by default.
Which may haven’t been the case, I suppose?
Or the vast majority of political spam from only one country. I’d like more of a worldview. Be interesting to see how others have other problems and how it might be solved with other solutions.
Even with the power of ssds?
Doing my part, reporting in as user!
Stability is really good. No real big issues overtime, running BTRFS and Timeshift. There are some minor problems here and there but more to do with KDE or Arch being Arch I suppose, nothing that stopped me from having a non-functional system.
Not sure what you expect in terms of “support for gaming”, It’s Arch-based so mostly you’re on your own to do that, not from the distro focus itself but everything has worked so far for me.
I don’t often use the AUR, most packages come from flatpak if I can or the extra repo from Arch/Endeavour which is trustee packages by default. I added the CHAOTIC AUR to get binaries instead to get faster updates but didn’t replace all my packages with them from there.
+1 being happy on Endeavour OS for a year of two now.
Weird. My Logitech G502 Lightspeed just plug and plays on my Linux distro. Only thing is that I cannot configure it but I can read the battery w/o additional software unlike the other platform.
Was actually a damn good bot =(
Should be detailed here: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Static-filter-syntax#removeparam
Use uBlock Origin’s wiki / rules for this instead. Reduces an add-on and achieves the same/better results!
Thank you!
I am out of the loop, what’s going in with snooping?
I use their cloudflared tunnel sometimes for accessing home hosted stuff.
MPC-HC + Madvr is a lot nicer, VLC for mixed other videos though.
Pretty awesome experience; if you’re new to Arch and Linux are both great ways combined to learn about it. It did break on me but nothing super problematic.
If you don’t auto update or update weekly you’ll have a pretty fine experience.
I picked it to enforce me to learn the way of Linux and or Arch specific since the aur and wiki are pretty nice.
Though do come from relative mild Linux experience and a great Windows knowledge from my job as sysadmin.
Do wanna see how I could incorporate more Linux into my environment for tasks.
Sure, just echoing his wording to why “nothing of value” was lost as the person sees the platform as such.
