I’m glad gamers are finally escaping Microsoft’s grasp. The latest corporate bloatware is simply too ineffective for users that are always looking to squeeze as much oomph out of their machines as possible.

I see a lot of people in this thread reacting with open hostility and derailment every time men’s issues are mentioned. Have you tried not being a part of the problem?

It’s simple - if your product or platform uses dark patterns, I will not use it. I will even use an inferior platform or product in order to be free to choose how I use my software.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but global politics have taken a nasty turn, and mincing words to appease the appeasers tends to end in a “and then they came for me” scenario.

Instead of finding a milquetoast community where you can trade lukewarm takes while Reichstag burns to the ground, why not try to engage with people you might not see eye to eye, but may broaden your horizons and even change some of your attitudes.

Enterprise level hardware costs a lot, is noisy and needs a dedicated server room, old laptops cost nothing.

If a company says it doesn’t want my money, I am happy to oblige.
