I dont mind the web app as i dont have to install anything and i can sandbox it to my browser.
Edit: using ublock in whatsapp ;)
Iv used session before, its not for me Not sure how i feel about the onion routing using the loki and oxen network.
Signal has that “whatsapp” feel friends and family find easy and simplex has no identifiers some other cool features but can be a little complicated for some users
Iv tried matrix a couple times. I wanted to like it but couldnt get on with it.
Signal and simplex are still my prefrence
I use libre translate in my mobile browser
I used alpaca but they made some changes recently that made it confusing and a pain to use. I deleted it after that as i dont use ai much anyway.
Heroic game launcher or lutris
The linux experiment is great
Browser on pc, voyager on mobile
There is also simplex chat
Agreed as peertube is great the creators i enjoy to watch dont upload there
People leave their PC on constantly? I understand leaving servers running but i always turn my PC on in the morning, then off at night once im finished.

Yep, i always like to manually back up everything just in case
i use the standard sync function with a mozilla account and export them into a folder on my pc once a month as a back up
Heroic game launcher works great with gog games
That’s fair if your looking for those specific features. Hopefully its added to fluent reader or a fork
It works pretty well for me, the home page has them all. The side bar lists each source individually. You can save articles for later. Im not sure if it has groups to organise feeds as iv not checked that. Mostly i just enjoy the look and feel as it has a good design and the app image is fast (flatpak is slow)
My personal favourite is fluent reader
TailsOS
