Thank you, I will try there, I was trying to install PiVPN since I can connect to the Gogs server on my local network, if I could just get a VPN server running it should work, but of course more issues with that. The cause could well be some config I might have changed and forgotten about, reimaging and starting fresh might be the easiest solution.
Though, I did just upgrade to FTTP - which added a modem or some kind of device between my router and the internet, so maybe there could be some extra config surrounding that I’m just not aware of
To be honest I think the wordpress install handled all that, or maybe wordpress handles it inheritly, I’m not sure. I simply pointed a domain to my static ip and forwarded http/https to the correct LAN ports and it just worked on its’ own.
I probably shouldn’t have mentioned Wordpress, I’m mostly focused on the Gogs server right now, I just added it for more context on the issue
I’ll second this - I found that alot of TVs don’t have native jellyfin apps, but they do have Plex.
You can cast from your phone, but my mum found that to be annoying so I just went with Plex
Just incase you’re unaware, if you’re looking to learn Linux but keep the windows until you’re familiar enough with Linux, there is a way to install Linux in windows as a container, it’s called WSL 2.0
Might be easier for you to learn with, and if you brick it then you can just wipe the container and start again, takes minutes to do

Also I am pretty sure the only reason Nexus banned the mod author (of the flags mod) is because they did it on a throwaway, which suddenly moved the mod into obvious trolling behaviour. If they had published the mod on their main account they would have just removed it without the ban.
Nexus is a private company and they can ban any mod they want to, it’s their decision what they want to allow on there.
I bet if Nexus was doing this in reverse, and was banning mods that added pride flags or w/e, you wouldn’t have a problem with it, you don’t care about freedom, you only care that you are allowed to be a piece of shit person.
