Yeah, IRRC thus far they only have starring (not unstarring, mind you) implemented and it’s not even in main yet

white circle encasing three diagonally tilted and horizontally stacked arrows. First two arrows are white and pointing down to the left. Thrid arrow is red and pointing up to the right; black background. This is a play on the social democratic Three Arrows, since the third arrows stands for anti-communism

I have a similar take on biometrics, but love their convenience (plus I don’t have to type out my passphrase in public, which IMO is a huge plus) and with GrapheneOS I get to have my cake and eat it too :>
GrapheneOS has 2FA implemented with fingerprints. When enabling it, you choose a 2nd factor pin you have to enter every time you want to unlock using your finger
(Allowing you a reasonable compromise between convenience, as in not having to put in a long password every time, and having more protection against physical abuse or coersion, OFC not the serious kind, but it helps with e.g. the coppers)
Maybe the developers are Russian + Github as a default from the “war crimes™”-country isn’t good either
TBH, I just use a GTK4 programme whenever I have the choice, so for me Proton+ was natural
I think they might have meant a separate partition with it’s own install
Thx for clarifying! I usually don’t notice that bc I always use the external downloads. It would be rly cool to see bookracy in the external downloads of Annas Archives then!
also pls keep your humour, it’s funny to see the libs get mad bc they see a “Russian Federation” tag
Glad to see this initiative. A genuine question: isn’t this redundant with Annas Archive?
personally, I’m really glad they are not writing kernel level rootkits disguised as games for Linux yet
Please, I hate discussion coms turning into meme chambers
yes, as long as ppl don’t try to run malware masquerading as video games that is
I usually go with Bandcamp, SoundCloud and YouTube (latter two in rare cases) downloads when I can’t find it as a Torrent or on Soulseek (using Nicotine +)
sometimes, especially with niche artists, there aren’t that many high quality flacs out there in the first place
this, I always use external downloads when downloading in “bulk”
I used to use a few TG bots too back in the day, but switched entirely to Annas archive in terms of ebooks, which I can rly recommend
What helped me was pinning the GPU clock at 1200MHz using the tweakers DeckyPlugin (forgot the name, smth like PoweredDeck?)
though that was like a year+ ago on Yuzu
huh, I’m only familiar with the ones from public broadcasters
TIL RTL has one too, tho ofc that makes sense
Unfortunately those are required under law to delete public access relatively promptly as not to “distort the conditions of (economic) competition”
As in the federation of Forges, like Forgejo is trying to do
