I don’t think anyone was suggesting the whole world should start using Fediverse platforms all at once. Realistically I don’t think would happen anyway. But the suggestion that increasing popularity would be an inherently negative thing just seemed a bit off to me. Maybe I should have picked a different quote 😅.
