Down for me. That was fast.

I was reading this as the solution or safeguard against that problem.

Can you help me understand why this is awful?

Switching to Apple with advanced data protection and HomeKit has been great for my big family. Way fewer tech support calls for me.

It was the most feasible option in the end. If it were just me, and I wasn’t raising kids and supporting aging parents, and working 50 hour work weeks, then I’d do graphene and home assistant. I’m just at a point that I want as much privacy as I can get for the least amount of maintenance.

That’s why I use the garbage. I was talked into it by my lunch group at work, who are sysadmin types, who switched for similar reasons.

You good bro? ;)

What is your view on hybrids?

Where do you drive that 45 minute fillups mid-travel are necessary? Surely that is rare at least.

Some one just added recurring tasks to Nextcloud, so it will be a much better option for every day use now. Feature should come out soon I think.

Okay I think I get it. Yeah the PWA I save are usually websites I frequent but don’t want to install their app.

PWA is where you save the website as an icon on your desktop right? I use several websites like that. What’s the drawback?

Completely agree. I couldn’t be happier with Proton Pass.

I heard Graphene. They’re doing e/OS as well?

Why does a tech bro wanting to be a billionaire let the boomers off the hook?

Thank you for this! I did not know this was an option.

I’m really surprised by this. YouTube is such a great source for adding skills and knowledge if you can weed through the crap.

It is admittedly more and more difficult to weed though.
