I think overall a good way would be to add content warnings like other fediverse software and making it so that you can set specific communities to have specific content warnings to be applied.
100% there needs to be a way to block lemmynsfw, I say this even as an admin for it!

What porn instances have defederated from each other? None that I know of have.
Admin for lemmynsfw here, and I just wanna say that we desperately need instance blocking for lemmy. Or at least some way for instances to be able to restrict NSFW content in /all. Some people do not want to see NSFW content or simply can’t, and that’s more than fine.
It is. It has the same people on it from exploding-heads and is currently linked to nostr.
