hi. banner- Sombrero galaxy, Webb
the shocking sound stunts were fun to spring on people. well, for a couple days. recall ads referred to as ‘death of the internet’. adblock to the rescue.
used opera for a while. firefox default. phone too small for my eyes. hard to read, avoid using
what is with p.i.p video everywhere. hate it. can’t figure out how to block it. firefox
‘disable ad block to contine’. no
mostly desktop, android phone is mostly unusable with ads. use ‘privacy badger’, ‘ublock origin’, ‘umatrix’.
AI; checks your credit report and decides you aren’t poor enough.
like the organization better so far. multi group feeds is nice;
desktop website. confusing because had to actually read to figure out what the boxes were for. lol my reading skills have declined
register form tripped me up. 3rd time worked; https://piefed.world/u/m3t00
if you’ve ever used a radar detector you know, people drive like they are always being watched. not often in my experience. doubt these dolts are real sophisticated. fear is their main weapon.
yeah pretty much never trust a public wifi without vpn. bring your own router. cell data is pwned. technics aren’t in their curriculums.
and once you get a few regular posters, ask if they’d mind helping with modding. I’m guilty of skipping the asking part now and then. going on a road trip etc.
turn off. immutable
had a few cat pics I wanted to post. 2 days later thousands of ex-reddit subs. up,up,down, down, left, right, left… recruited more mods. never was a redditor
made several for my own interests. a few are just me. a few have thousands of subs. who knew?
post has it’s own count, this was about a user’s vote history in their profile
which aren’t? btw, this post has 7, now 8.
array votes[post_id, vote]; // for storing in user profile not public but can be hashed if you don’t trust your dba
seems trivial to check for a login/subscribed etc. then increment up//down votes. why link each vote to an account in public? maybe for mods an account(s) to be banned for botting votes?
yep, search subject of title. about as mush effort as fiddling with adblock settings.
