I tried photocraft and it’s certainly usable. The video editor however wouldn’t play anything I added to the timeline at all. I also tried the MS word clone and it’s just janky-looking (like the text formatting seems to change if I click on the page? Hard to explain). I’d take pirated PS over it anyday though. One thing I can say is that photocraft is very fast to launch compared to Photoshop.

I think GLM 5.3 is the go-to for this stuff at the moment. Minimal refusals. So you would just RE the thing you want with GLM 5.3 until you have a standalone project, then if you wanted switch to another mainstream provider to continue from there and it wouldn’t have any problems.

My ~£700 4070ti s purchase from a couple years ago doesn’t feel so insane anymore. Glad I didn’t wait. Especially when the 32gb of ram was about 100.
I think it’s simply that there’s a balance between the usability of a small screen vs the clarity/added real estate of a big screen, and the line between those is different for everyone. The bigger devices tend to have better battery performance too.
