    Are y’all more fascy leaning, or “centrist” leaning that’s going to be co-opted by fascies because you refuse to get political, thus allowing right wing ideologies to fester in the community? Because the “walk on eggshells” talk just sounds like code word for “we don’t want to have to have repercussions for people posting bigoted content”, and that’s going to attract nothing but edgelords

    In fact I’d rather take the scum that is Beehaw over this because you’ve given no information whatsoever about what kind of community you’re fostering, besides wanting to be separate from literally everyone

    I’d also go so far as to say that you shouldn’t be poaching people across the fediverse if you’re just going to be a glorified forum.
