Headscale server on cheap vps with tailscale clients.
Few good things:
Downside: No port forwarding, this I’ve remedied with headscale server and tailscale clients. Port forwarding is needed if u want to access your home network from outside
Strawberry doesn’t have android release, does it?
Exactly what I did, also wild card in artist name works.
I’m sharing, can see it under uploads
I’m dumb, it was absolutely this. (Actually previously searchable artist is also not searchable that’s why I got so worked up). All good now
Does TCP port 2234 need to be open? (I was using soulseek without any issues previously) so if port needs to be open then probably something on ISP side changed
Oh didn’t know it’s a thing, thanks
Oh I’m using nicotine+ (never used official client)
It worked pretty decent for me trying it first time. Even has way to continue if songs r missing in soulseek
Thanks for pointing fmhy, good resource to have.
Thanks, exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been using soulseek but not sure how can it be used for music discovery (it works perfectly if I know what I want)
Check flokinet.is In general islanding provider should have features you are looking for, I like flokinet.
I like my librem5 (hardware, feel etc). Software is obviously yet to catch up (from my perspective).

Putting someone else’s life in danger (unprovoked) is not a free speech
Mycroft as a company got shut down but there is OpenVoiceOS and neon both working with Mycroft mk2 hardware and home assistant
Have u tried soulseek in that case? U can find all music lossless.(podcasts etc I still can’t find there). nicotine+ is pretty good client for soulseek.
I think this is where login option comes in, i’ll report back if it works differently between logged in vs logged out.
As for differential - yes it can download incremental given you don’t move the files / folders ( doesn’t have database, but check for file existence in the path )
Spotiflyer https://spotiflyer.app/ No lossless downloads though (320kbps)
I want to recommend pop OS but it would be wise to switch to it after there is 24.04 (or later release)
In my personal experience pop os has been absolute rock solid especially with flatpaks However latest stable is quite old (they are working on new desktop environment before upgrade).
