  • lol they banned me for misinformation for calling theirs out. Deleted all the comments to control the dialogue as well.

    Said I had proof during another exchange (they started) but the comments are deleted, admin came (yay I kinda thought) said the logs are public. Asked the mod (stamets) to show the deleted comments and the admin to show the log, or atleast how to access it, and banned again.

    This place is worse than Reddit for this shit right now, you have an admin lying and hiding stuff for a mod, one they put as moderator for a bunch of communities. Thats not fishy or anything……

    I would love to see this “public mod log” because their doesn’t seem to be a way to see (ALL) deleted comments on the current one.

    I fully expect another ban for this, for no other reason than Stamets is a thin skinned mod who doesn’t have the emotional capability to mod, and antagonizes Lemmy users and uses their mod powers (abuse) to hide it. Its a fucking shame really, admins are letting it happen too, excusing it in a lot of cases.

    I am reading your posts, image 3 you say you provided logs with no response. Your provided images show those same responses you claim to have not received.

    I’m not gaslighting you, im trying to point out the flaw in your tirade here. You lied to them, why do you think they suddenly changed their attitude and deleted your account?

    Yeah they are assholes, but you also lied to them and demanded a refund without following their service agreement. Look in the mirror a little bit before throwing shit.

    Bottom of image 3, you said you provided logs with no response. Image 1 and 2 shows their responses to those logs.

    So you lied to them…… not many company are going to continue to be civil to someone who is lying to them, since that’s almost always a defrauding situation. You created this entire situation now that I’ve looked at it closer actually….

    Every company is going to investigate a refund request to make sure they aren’t being defrauded or ripped off, people do it all the time. So they create policies and have to legally follow them to keep their business license.

    Yes just issueing a refund is the proper customer service way, but you also want to make sure yet aren’t being defrauded, so you can also investigate odd scenarios. Like you being the only one with the issue….

    And all you’ve said in all these exchange’s is you asked/demanded for a refund. The nuances of the semantics need not apply here. So what have you corrected other than reiterating each time that you demanded/asked for a refund?

    You agreed to their terms of service when you signed up for their service…… so yeah if you ignore their due process, this shits entirely on you.

    I keep forgetting how entitled people are these days….
