OnlyOffice is Russian which they try to hide by using shell companies abroad.
Of course it’s not legal. This is called identity theft.
Just open source it and leave it to the Linux community.
I understand not wanting to support something you don’t use yourself.
If it exists, there is porn of it.
“As you can see”… No, I can’t. The screenshot is unreadable.
You are most likely fine using the open source version and none of their paid services.
Personally, I want to avoid any association, so I use LibreOffice.
Yes, they are legitimate and not just fears. OnlyOffice is produced by a Russian team. They opened an office in Latvia, and in 2023 a holding in Singapore, to circumvent Western measures in boycott of Russia, so they can continue to sell their services.
What’s also weird is that the Russian version of the software package is named after the first Soviet nuclear ICBM and features imagery of that.

They are not inclusive, though it is what they want you to believe. Feminism is about women–it’s in the name. Also, when you read the founding documents of feminism, there is a strong anti-men stance. This is simply not the right lens through which to view men’s issues.
And having experienced MensLib on Reddit in the past, there men’s issues were always made subservient to women’s issues. And the draconian moderation made sure no criticism of feminism was allowed to stand.
To really discuss men’s issues, a space is needed that is free from the ideological shackles of feminism.
That is first and foremost a feminist community, so the focus is not on men. That’s not what we need.
Except, small vehicles are actually on the market, and there is a good selection to choose from.
Something else is going on with phones. There are many models in the mid and low range, but extremely few small models.
I have a 6.8" Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (overdue for an update), and it comfortably fits in my pants’ pockets. I don’t know what kind of tight pants or minuscule size you wear, but for most of us it’s a non-issue.
It’s what the public wants. If small phones would sell better, they would make them.
Not Fediverse, AFAIK.
Better UI design
Not from what I’ve seen.
I don’t have a problem with Lemmy as software. I do wish the devs weren’t tankies, but we don’t have to engage with them.
Photon. It hides the cruft, for a more zen experience.
When instances become instruments of propaganda for Putin/Xi/Kim and ban people who expose such propaganda, they fully deserve to be blocked. They’ve become instruments of the enemies of civil society.
It’s the moderation practices of those instances that put them in the corner of “sectarian shit”. The rest of us don’t need to tolerate such toxicity.
Oh, the Tankie Triad is free to moderate as they wish too. And other instances are free to block them. And I am free to warn unsuspecting newcomers.
The example I referenced is https://lemmy.world/modlog?page=1&actionType=All&modId=26&userId=9458793
But the problem is that it’s not an isolated case. You do need to take into account that this is regular practice, as shown in the multitude of cases.
Anyway, either you look into it, and find, like I did, that they are unreasonable and toxic, or you don’t.
That would be a bit harder to make stick, but I would agree.
