Right. I feel like Matrix is overkill for my use case, and my friends’. We just want to game and talk with low resources. That’s it.
I remember when I used to use Mumble, it was pretty great. Although I had to host my own server for that, unfortunately. Is that still the case?
It is, but its also gotten both much cheaper, and a LOT easier to do. Almost trivial now a days.
